At Metris our approach to leadership development focuses on a behavioural approach and pays particular attention to what a leader must be able to do:

Leaders are employed for their judgement (a combination of knowledge, experience and intellect) so we focus on improving decision-making processes and link this to the ability to communicate effectively.
